Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please be sure to call the office to cancel the appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Patients who do not provide notice or do not arrive for a scheduled visit will be a subject to a $75 cancellation fee. We appreciate your assistance in optimizing schedule availability for other patients in need. Please follow this link for our complete policy.
