Meet Dr. Ali Strocker
Dr. Strocker graduated summa cum laude from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiologic Science. She received her medical doctorate with high honors from the UCLA School of Medicine in 2001 and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society in her junior year.
Dr. Strocker was an intern and resident in general surgery at UCLA from 2001 through 2003. She completed a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery between 2003 and 2007. Dr. Strocker has always been interested in treating children’s unique problems and performed a fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles in 2007 through 2008. She became board certified in Otolaryngology in June 2008 and recertified in 2017.
Dr. Strocker was an assistant clinical professor of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at USC-Keck School of Medicine and has been an attending surgeon at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, where she specialized in ear reconstruction.
Dr. Strocker is a fellow of the American Academy for Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Medical Association and the California Medical Association.
Dr. Strocker is on staff at Providence Tarzana Medical Center and Valley Presbyterian Hospital. She loves caring for children of all ages and their ear, nose, and throat problems. She has a special interest and training in congenital ear deformities and reconstruction.
Additionally, after her daughter’s birth in 2018, Dr. Strocker became more aware of the importance and challenges of breastfeeding. She enjoys evaluating and treating newborns and helping moms who are having difficulties in nursing.
